**Sign-On Bonus $1250.00**


Title:  Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Setting: Outpatient and early intervention)

Status:  Full Time W-2 Employee (28+ client hrs per week)

Start Date:  January 2025

Compensation:  $85K - 100K+ First Year (uncapped earnings)

Location:  North Denver Metro Area (in-home and clinical office)

Position:

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and outgoing professional to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide therapy and help implement personalized family focused treatments.

The responsibility of the Pediatric Occupational Therapist  is to serve children, birth to adolescents, diagnosed with a variety of congenital, developmental, neurological or acquired disorders/delays. This position will be at our clinic in Northglenn and seeing children 0-3 years old in homes.

Compensation:

  • $85K - 100K+ First Year (uncapped earnings)

Qualifications:

  • Pediatric experience, working with a variety of diagnoses and disorders.
  • A family-centered and holistic approach to intervention and strong collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing various diagnosis protocols and therapy modalities specific to pediatrics.
  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to assess and provide services, based on the needs of the child, outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan or Treatment Plan.
  • Provide parent training specific to their child's development and the family's needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to help facilitate writing progress notes, treatment plans and evaluations to be used by both families and fellow professionals.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with various disciplines and has a great personality.


Educational / Professional Requirements:

  • Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in the field of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Colorado DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) License - required to practice Occupational Therapy in Colorado
  • Enrolled as a Colorado Medicaid (Health First) Provider (preferred but not required)
  • Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
  • CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if necessary)
  • Terrific attitude, work ethic, and personality a must!
