Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Assist in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and attended to.
- Sales Support: Aid the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets by actively contributing to sales efforts.
- Merchandising: Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the store, including stock replenishment and ensuring all displays meet brand standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Tailoring Coordination: Support clients with tailoring requests, ensuring all details are accurately communicated to the tailoring team.
- Store Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and orderliness of the store, creating a welcoming environment for clients.
- Administrative Support: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, and assist with any related administrative tasks.
Qualifications: - Prior experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
