They are looking to add a Territory Sales Manager who is responsible for managing and growing sales within the Houston geographic area, focusing on building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with branch teams, customers, and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
- Has worked with small and medium-sized businesses
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must live in Harris County
