Our client is seeking a dynamic and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales department. Responsibilities:
- Develop a pipeline of new business through prospecting, requiring a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, service offerings, and competition.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, including Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Chief Engineers, etc.
- Identify and target institutional property owners and managers.
- Conduct education and training programs to grow sales with commercial opportunities, such as lunch and learns and co-marketing events for Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare Facilities, etc.
- Execute tactics to support overall company strategies and goals by identifying potential sales opportunities within the insurance/restoration industry.
- Work in tandem with our Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Participate regularly in relevant industry events and join associations that will generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing clients and accounts, maintaining records of all marketing activities.
- Represent (Client's Company Name) at tradeshows, sports outings, and similar events to create business opportunities, driving the creation of engaging and impactful displays and excitement around our brand.
Qualifications:
- Personable, professional, presentable, and positive with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Enthusiastic, open-minded, and results-driven, with a lack of fear of rejection.
- 1+ year of outside sales and/or customer service experience required; experience in the home/facilities services industry is ideal but not necessary.
- Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system is ideal.
- Valid driver's license.
