Macdonald & Company is working with a fast-growing real estate private equity firm during an exciting period of growth. This role offers a unique chance to join a newly established platform and team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping its direction and success. As the Investor Relations Associate, you’ll manage investor communications across multiple funds and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Management :

• Oversee subscription processes, maintain investor databases, and update fund holdings.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports, coordinate investor calls/webinars, and manage major investor events.
• Support scheduling and coordination of investor meetings domestically and internationally.

Sales :

• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and arrange meetings with senior management.

Marketing :

• Work with third-party consultants to manage social media accounts and campaigns.
• Draft press releases and ensure timely distribution across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, marketing, or a related field (minimum 3.5 GPA).
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, finance, banking, or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality to engage with high-net-worth and institutional investors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; knowledge of complex financial structures is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines with efficiency.
