Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in managing lead generation strategies and campaigns, driving measurable growth, and optimizing the sales funnel. This role is essential to our company's success, focusing on building and executing strategies that deliver high-quality leads to support sales and revenue goals. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the potential for long-term growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and events, to drive consumer engagement and grow contact lists.
- Campaign Management : Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance engagement and acquisition outcomes.
- Lead Nurturing: Create and manage programs, such as drip campaigns and personalized content, to convert leads into active consumers.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals and ensure seamless handoffs for follow-up.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve KPIs.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify target audiences and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Tools & Technology: Manage marketing automation, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role, ideally in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns and meeting or exceeding lead and revenue targets.
- Expertise in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Proficiency in using a CMS for content management.
- Strong ability to develop and execute nurture campaigns and content-driven marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for compelling messaging.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
