Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will execute strategic marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and consumer engagement. This role manages cross-channel campaigns, collaborates with internal teams and external agencies, and ensures cohesive and impactful brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Develop engaging content and oversee brand assets to ensure consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights for marketing innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with successful campaign execution.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer goods or nicotine alternatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or CRM platforms.
Physical Requirements:
This is an office-based role, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods.
