Blue Sky is seeking a Communications Strategist to design and implement communication strategies that support the Institute's goals and objectives. This role will focus on strategic planning, audience analysis, and ensuring that communication initiatives align with our federal customer's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies for key organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate communication initiatives across departments.
• Analyze target audiences and optimize communication channels for effectiveness.
• Measure and report on the success of communication campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic communications planning and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
