- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years experience in Financial Services

- Basic understanding of financial products, and an above average knowledge of Excel

- Keen attention to detail, the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels

- Experience with process optimization and digital tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is a bonus, but not required
