Insight Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an Oil and Gas client located in Texas. This is a hybrid role within the HR and Talent Acquisition department and will be providing administrative and analytical support to the Talent Acquisition Team. Supports with post offer and onboarding activities such as background screenings, drug screenings, DOT compliance, and medical physicals. This person should be able to coordinate job postings, and communicate to customers, candidates, and internal/external stakeholders.
