Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, food science, technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 10-13 years of experience in marketing or product development within CPG food manufacturing.
- 5+ years in product development or NPD management.
- CAPM certification preferred with CPG marketing or product development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Forward-thinking individual capable of driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Korean preferred.
