The Immigration Center for Women and Children (ICWC) seeks a full-time Grants Manager who will be based in its Los Angeles office. ICWC is a non-profit legal organization providing free and affordable immigration services to underrepresented women and children in California and Nevada. ICWC strives to provide security and stability for children who are abused, abandoned, or neglected and for immigrants who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or other violent crimes. ICWC works with federal immigration laws that allow survivors to apply for work authorization, lawful permanent residency, and citizenship.
ICWC’s team is recognized nationally for their humanitarian immigration law expertise and for the exceptional legal services they provide to immigrants who are survivors of trauma. To date, ICWC has served more than 70,000 individuals. More information about ICWC is available at .
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Grants Manager will oversee reporting and data tracking for current grant-funded programs while also collaborating with the Executive Director and Development Manager to seek new funding opportunities. This position has been created to provide additional capacity for a growing fundraising and development department. The successful candidate must be highly organized, energetic, and able to successfully handle multiple assignments and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment where immigration policies and grant requirements are regularly shifting.
The responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with program staff to collect information for monthly and quarterly grant reporting and track deliverables to meet contract requirements;
- Data entry and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and supporting documentation for government contracts;
- Support fundraising activities by assisting the Development Manager with writing grant proposals and compiling necessary documentation for funding applications;
- Maintain a master calendar to monitor deadlines for grant proposals, reports, and renewals;
- Be a point of contact for program staff who have questions about grant tracking
- Develop and improve upon data tracking systems to streamline data reporting, ensure accurate data collection, and monitor program deliverables;
- Assist Finance Manager with the preparation of grant invoices as needed;
- Regularly review contract requirements for grant-funded programs and ensure that programs comply with funders’ data security, privacy, and other requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of grant management experience (non-profit preferred);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), Google Workspace, and SharePoint;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to write and edit clear, engaging and grammatically correct content;
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a limited time frame.

Salary and Benefits:
Annual Salary: $64,000 - $80,000 (dependent upon experience)
