Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at three years of law firm experience for a newly created, permanent position in their Atlanta office. You will join a friendly and collaborative team and work on an interesting variety of cases here.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research
• Managing calendars and deadlines
• Assisting with discovery processes
• Preparing deposition and trial materials and summaries, including notebooks
• Drafting and organizing various legal documents, summarize transcripts
• Creating and maintaining case chronologies
• Reviewing documents and evidence
• E-filing with courts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience
• Undergraduate degree
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software
