POSITION TITLE: Licensing Advertising Compliance Coordinator
POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for the overall organization of the manufacturing licensing agreements in relation to their financial and non-financial contractual obligations, with a primary focus on advertising requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead licensees' annual advertising media plans and advertising budget submissions, and collaborate with internal account managers to approve media plans. Collect and review licensees' advertising quarterly expenditures (primarily invoices and tear sheets), circulate advertising exchange rates on a quarterly basis and ensure expenditures are in compliance to contractual guidelines.
Manage organization of existing/new licensees' agreements/amendments, understand key updates to create term sheets, and ensure that licensees comply to financial and non-financial contractual obligations on a quarterly basis.
Maintain cost saving measures through advertising rebills and review invoices that are related to licensees' advertising initiatives and resolve any issues with Accounting/AR/Licensee. Prepare and maintain accurate licensee advertising payments on a monthly basis, reporting irregularities to Management.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
