Acara Solutions is seeking a Distribution Branch Manager to join our client located in Billings MT on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to oversee our distribution facility. This role is pivotal in managing financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a small team of up to three employees. The Branch Manager will be responsible for both operational and administrative duties, contributing to the facility's success.

Salary: 85- 90K

Bonus up to 10%

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial performance and profitability of the branch.
• Foster strong customer relationships, primarily through phone and email communications.
• Train and mentor team members on company policies and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Perform administrative tasks including reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate on basic marketing initiatives, including advertising and market research.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a distribution or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable with technology.
• Strong understanding of P&L responsibilities and financial management.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 3 yrs. Minimum experience as a branch manager in a distribution facility
• MVR with no safety concerns within the past 3 years
