Resident Service Coordinator

Sudbury, MA | Full-time

Want to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for someone special to join our Sudbury community as a Resident Service Coordinator. You'll be the person our residents turn to, helping them thrive independently while building lasting connections.

The Role

You'll wear many hats here – part counselor, part event planner, and part community builder. Working Monday through Friday, you'll be the go-to person for both residents and staff, creating programs that matter and solving problems that count.

What You'll Do

• Create and run programs that help residents stay independent and healthy
• Connect residents with the services they need, from healthcare to housing assistance
• Build partnerships with local organizations and service providers
• Plan events that bring people together and make our community stronger
• Help residents navigate benefits and overcome personal challenges
• Step in during difficult situations to find solutions that work for everyone
• Track our impact and keep detailed records of our successes

What You'll Need

• MARSCH certification (or ability to get certified before starting – we'll cover the annual costs)
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or similar field (preferred)
• 2+ years working in social services, especially with elderly or disabled populations
• Deep understanding of community resources and support programs
• Natural talent for connecting with people and solving problems
• Ability to work independently while being a great team player
