Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate in class years 2019-2022 for its Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Los Angeles or Denver. The compensation for this position is between $260k to $390k.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years patent litigation experience within a law firm.
• Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
• Undergrad degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, biomedical, biomedical engineering, computer science, or related degree.
• CAFC clerkship experience is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials required.
• California or Colorado bar admission is required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
