Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall management of the project. Works closely with Business on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible to manage small team and lead the project end to end
- Responsible for (if needed) Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations
- Responsible for assign, track and monitor activities and deliverables.
- Responsible for communication with the stakeholders on project progress and proactively identifies risks and works towards a mitigation plan.
- Engages with business stakeholders for understanding requirements
- Supports technical team members from functional understanding perspective
- Coordinate with Business Analyst, Technical Architect, Technical team and QA team for success of the project
- Write codes for individual modules/units following the Architecture and Design Principles
- Adhere to Build & Release Management
- Conduct code review sessions
- Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations
- Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing lightning, Apex, Web Services, etc
- Ensure team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions
- Assist in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infra-structure selection, maintenance, policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment
- Communicate development status on a regular basis to stakeholders, escalating any identified risks
- Recommend cost effective technology solutions for business challenges
- Ensure the on-time delivery of solution or enhancements
- Define and execute CI/CD strategy
- Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications
- Manage a team of developers
Competencies:
- Minimum 5x Salesforce Certified Professional
- At least 5 years systems development and integration experience in which at least four years have been in a team management role
- At least five years of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration environments with large, complex third-party solutions coupled with proven expertise integrating solutions with other applications within the overall technology environment
- Demonstrative success with at least three large Salesforce.com implementation
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model
- Demonstrated team building and project management skills
- Proven management and mentorship of development team direct reports preferred
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Well versed with CI/CD implementation in Salesforce project

02nd Position: Solution Architect
Location: Houston, TX (4 Days working from Onsite)

Responsibilities
- Be the Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers
- Thought leadership role in Financial Services Industry. Deliver & support business process innovation workshops.
- Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
- Assess customers business requirements, co-create the future vision for success and map to Salesforces solutions
- Give input to customers target architecture, phasing, roadmap and transition architecture
- Provide domain expertise and guidance to define solution for the customers on the salesforce 360 platform
- Work with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals, leveraging Salesforce Platform and supporting technology
- Comfortable working with complex business requirements, design, and help configure the desired solution.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams and implementation partners to determine the solution details and value of the proposed architecture

Competencies

- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus

03th Position: Senior Technical Architect – Salesforce Integration
Location: Houston, TX (4 Days working from onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience defining, designing, delivering and deploying Salesforce based technical solutions, in the capacity of accountable or responsible contributor.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Enterprise wide Salesforce implementations.
- Certification in Salesforce to a minimum of:
- At least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
- At least one Cloud Consultant Certification from either Community, Field Service, Sales or Service
- At least one or more current certifications in the Salesforce Architect track.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and ability to present to a variety of audiences (executives to technically detailed audiences).
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
Preferred
- Demonstrable expert level knowledge of Salesforce and its underlying platform architecture and technical workings.
- Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions: cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management.
- Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scale computing environments).
- Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes.
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
- Experience in object-oriented software engineering
