Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an attorney to provide support to its strong and successful economic development finance team. Multi-year experience working with, and knowledge of, commercial real estate finance, public finance, or economic development finance, is a plus. Candidates with training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or an MBA) are welcomed. Successful candidates will have existing exposure to, or a strong desire to learn, tax increment finance (TIF) law, tax abatement law, special assessment law, bond finance, and other methods of public-private finance.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
