Position Insights :


We seek an experienced and dynamic leader to manage and lead our Allied Division. This role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, and driving growth while ensuring the division aligns with our company’s vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and a deep understanding of working with external alliances and partners.


Key Ares of Responsibiliy:


Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure the timely placement of healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (fill rates, time-to-fill, etc.) and ensure the team meets or exceeds staffing goals.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing and partner with internal departments for continuous improvement and development of sourcing strategies.
  • Develop ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the allied recruitment department.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to the recruitment team to drive success and improve productivity.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on achieving business targets.


Operational Efficiency :

  • Manage daily operations related to the staffing process, including job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards for healthcare staffing, including licensure and credential verification.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and technology platforms to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and team management.
  • Conduct research to identify market costs to ensure balance with competitive compensation packages to clinicians while balancing company profit.
  • Utilizes report data to evaluate the success rate of application and submission performance; makes adjustments as needed to achieve target sales growth goals.


Cross Partnership and Additional Areas :

  • Partners with internal teams to provide staffing and recruiting solutions to be shared with client facilities.
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry knowledge and remains aware of impacts from competition.
  • Keeps executive leadership informed of significant issues and impacting changes.
  • Serves as a liaison to cross-function internal groups.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand, improve, and/or develop processes and procedures.
  • Point of escalation for all issues regarding clinicians.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least five years of experience in healthcare staffing is required, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial position is essential to overseeing a recruitment team, guiding them in strategic decision-making, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a superior level of productivity.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, VMS platforms is required.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve detailed issues.
