Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on HR initiatives, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, professional development, promotions, and compensation.
Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement and support people-focused initiatives across the organization.
Provide timely and accurate day-to-day advisory support to employees and managers, such as coaching on performance management, addressing employee relations matters, career guidance, and mobility assistance.
Partner with relevant stakeholders, including employee relations, employment law, and immigration/relocation teams, to resolve employee issues and support compliance.
Manage and contribute to both planned and ad-hoc projects for HR Business Partner teams, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records by tracking requests, logging details into systems, and updating information to provide actionable metrics to stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR Solutions teams to deliver seamless HR services to senior HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
Identify and analyze trends to proactively mitigate risks, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience.
Consistently meet or exceed service delivery standards by providing exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant professional experience.
Exceptional judgment with the ability to determine when to escalate issues.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and situations.
Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly earn trust and credibility.
Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to embrace change and take initiative.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Advanced problem-solving skills with a resourceful and solutions-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with HR systems; quick adaptability to new systems is essential.
