RECRUITING INTERN
Are you ready to kickstart your career in recruiting with a boutique staffing agency specializing in legal placements? We're looking for a motivated Recruiting Intern to work 25-30 hours per week beginning in January with a mixed in-office and work-from-home schedule. This role combines the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration and is designed to help you learn the ropes of our industry, with the potential for a full-time position after graduation.
What You’ll Do:
- Gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, screening, and interviewing.
- Learn the ins-and-outs of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Learn how to match top talent to exciting opportunities with our clients.
- Understand the metrics that drive success in recruiting (we’ll teach you the how, but we won’t micromanage).
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior office and/or sales experience is a plus.
- A passion for learning and growing in a professional environment.
- A goal-oriented individual ready to progress toward becoming a full-desk recruiter over time.
