Insight Global is looking for a CIO/CTO working hybrid in Richmond, VA to lead/join one of our state clients' technology sectors of 150+/- people. This group currently has a large ERP modernization going on and they are looking for an individual to help bring this project to completion and stabilize their technology environment. This position will be hybrid, requiring 3-4 days onsite in Richmond, VA.

Required Skill and Qualifications:

• 10+ years working in the technology realm
• 2-4 years of experience working as a CTO/CIO
• Experience (certifications preferred) with Microsoft (Azure), AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake
• Experience working with demanding timelines and large-scale projects
• Ability to translate technology requirements for non-technical employees/teams

Plusses:

• IBM, Deloitte, Cap Gemini, etc. experience
• ERP implementation experience
• Previous State or Federal experience
