We are a growing construction company, specializing in earthwork which includes; dirt work, pipe and utilities. We are looking for an experienced Estimator, with previous dirt work, pipe and utility experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience
• Previous experience estimating with dirt work, pipe and utilities
• Experience working independently, as well within a team

Responsibilities:

• Assemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner.
• Provide clear detailed quantity take offs
• Organize sub-contractors quotations, negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract documents and issue proper documented purchase orders
• Take notes from management team on alterations to the bid, revise, review, and continually improve accuracy of information as bid date approaches
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients
