Wholesale fashion jewelry company has an opening for an admin/ merchandising assistant in our NYC office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us excel in our industry.
Job description includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:
-Partner with design, sales, and merchandising teams in executing presentations to meet customer specific needs based on current trends
-Organizing customer presentations and assist in preparation for meetings
-Assist in visually merchandising and maintaining showroom in an aesthetically pleasing way
-Help pull product for each meeting based on customer needs
-Create new designs using in house components
-Assist design team with urgent projects
-Other basic office & administrative tasks
Job Qualifications:
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office; mainly Excel and Outlook
-Solid verbal and written communication skills
-Must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a very fast paced environment
-Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once; strong time management skills
-Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
-Work well with others; MUST be a team player
-Outstanding organization skills
Part time and full time both available
$20-$25/hour depending on experience
