Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a B2B loyalty program, serving over 10,000 core customers

- Develop and execute integrated campaigns that maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

- Create and implement marketing campaigns, partnering with internal and external teams for seamless execution

- Launch test-and-learn initiatives based on consumer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities

- Track and analyze marketing efforts to optimize strategies and improve ROI

- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and growth

Required Skills for Marketing Manager:

- Proven experience in creating and executing marketing communications, campaigns, strategies, and plans

- Strong analytical skills to assess program efficacy and make informed strategic decisions

- Ability to meticulously manage budgets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
