Super Hybrid: There is one week per month where everyone is in office for 1-2 days and then there may be a few more days per month in office for meetings (could be just a meeting vs. all day). So basically 3-5 days in office per month (and some may not be full days).

The Marketing Innovation Manager will be responsible for helping generate and execute the innovation pipeline across the company’s consumer brands. This role will be at the forefront of developing new products, whitespace opportunities, and ensuring quality delivery of new products to market. You will lead all aspects of the product development process, from concept creation and positioning to pricing and commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand purposes and priorities. Additionally, this role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the Brand, Sales Strategy, R&D, and Project Management teams. This position thrives leveraging creativity, strategic insight, and data to create compelling new products that drive market success.
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand or product management within a CPG environment, with specific experience in new product innovation.
- Innovation Leadership: Proven ability to develop and lead the execution of an innovation pipeline, including identifying white space opportunities and commercializing new products through to launch.
- Consumer & Brand First Mindset: Demonstrated strength in key marketing areas such as positioning, brand development, innovation, and project leadership.
- Market Research Proficiency: Skilled in various market research techniques, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft compelling ideas and recommendations based on consumer insights and business needs.
- Insight to Idea Translation: Ability to translate consumer and market insights into effective brand and innovation strategies.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate valuable insights and ideas, with a clear understanding of what drives market success and impact.
- Agility and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems effectively.
- Collaborative Partner: Proven experience working as a collaborative partner with cross-functional teams such as project management, brand, and R&D.
