Position summary: The Client Service Associate is responsible for supporting the Meridian Wealth Advisors who provide comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Under the direction of the Director of Client Service, the CSA will respond to client inquiries, fulfill requests and support the Advisors meeting preparation and scheduling.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Understanding of registered investment advisor compliance rules and responsibilities.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Is the direct liaison for all client related inquires; first point of contact for clients
- Directly responds to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer service issues
- Adheres to securities and investment advisor regulatory compliance obligations
- Generates, prepares and maintains internal client files / accounts ; including but not limited to paperwork needs; file structure and investment implementation

- Coordinates specific work tasks with other employees within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information

- Communicates with management, other supervisors and employees in order to integrate goals and activities
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Meridian Wealth Partner’s compliance programs with all regulatory and state/ federal labor law requirements
- Must obtain current certifications and licenses as deemed necessary
- Valid driver’s license
