Job Summary
The Paraplanner/Sr. Paraplanner will play a vital role in ensuring client and team satisfaction by addressing financial planning service needs, preparing and participating in client meetings, and completing all complex service requests. This person’s responsibilities will also include resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities will include processing a variety of operational requests such as account onboarding, maintenance, transaction entry, phones, scheduling, and other client and advisor requests.
As a Paraplanner, you will need to be detail-oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a proactive approach to client service and helping the team. We are seeking a team member who exemplifies professionalism, a commitment to confidentiality, a helpful attitude, and consistently demonstrates and delivers the highest level of client service. Responsibilities
- Assist advisor with client onboarding and account opening
- Answer routine client questions, complex client service issues, and service requests
- All client follow up (letters, other items delegated from advisor/partner) Communicate with vendors and process client transactions, and paperwork
- Manage client semi-annual meeting preparation and follow-up
- Sets calendar blocks, tasks and/or Calendly for advisor/lead advisor
- Financial planning data entry
- First-line of defense for Compliance & Client service operations best practices
- Special projects
Pay range of $50,000 - $75,000. Benefits include 401(k), disability insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
