Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations and providing leadership and vision to fuel the growth of our successful Canadian business.

About the Role
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Ensure company rules and regulations are followed by all team members
  • Participate in recruitment and training activities of new employees
Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory counts and ensure proper resupply of goods
  • Implement established merchandising practices
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the retail industry
  • Experience in team management
  • Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Able to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
  • Good leadership and communication skills
