I am looking for a Bookkeeping Supervisor for my client, an accounting firm located on the island of Montreal. This is a full-time, permanent position. The firm has about fifteen employees and offers innovative, tech-driven accounting services to its clients. Therefore, if you are interested in accounting and software, this firm will stand out.
Your tasks will include:
-Acting as the main contact and understanding the challenges/objectives of entrepreneurs-Managing bookkeeping for French and English-speaking clients-Preparing GST/QST returns-Filing personal and corporate tax returns-Supervising three bookkeeping technicians-2 years of experience in bookkeeping-Experience in corporate and personal tax returns-Experience in an accounting firm is mandatory-Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken-Proficiency in QuickBooks software is a plus
