I am currently looking for an Accounting Clerk for my client, an accounting firm with around twenty employees located in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a permanent position.
The tasks are as follows:- Entering accounts receivable and accounts payable- Assisting with follow-ups and recording expense reports and timesheets- Reviewing client invoicing- Performing month-end entries and bank reconciliations- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements- Preparing various government reports (GST, QST, etc.)- Participating in ad-hoc administrative projects assigned throughout the year- Performing all administrative tasks related to the team- Have a DEC in Accounting or an equivalent qualification- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping- Experience in an accounting firm- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
