The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver Projects/Products within the constraints of schedule, budget and scope.

• Developing project schedule considering the procurement and delivery of new tools and other associated activities that result in the successful launch of new products and/or the commercialization of new tools to enhance manufacturing capacity
• Ability to create alternative schedules and plans for different business scenarios in order to identify and remove constraints resulting in the timely completion of project.
• Aids in the development of a full functioning PMO including consistent methods and tools for project initiation, team structure, financial management, risk management, new product development processes, project/program reviews, escalation processes, business case development and cross-functional team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree prefers Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SolidWorks PDM/PLM, Minitab, and Epicore ERP
• Great organizational skills, with prior leadership and excellent communication
