Required skills:

*Crypto experience – ideally professional or advanced personal experience in the crypto space

*High Growth Tech experience

*Experience working on a referral program or loyalty program; MarTech knowledge and experience

*Ideally 8+ year experience – but would consider someone more junior but very sharp; leveling would be impacted
