About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll contribute to the company’s core functionality—delivering ranked candidate lists optimized for relevance and skill. The Machine Learning Engineer will focus on enhancing and deploying advanced ranking algorithms and search techniques to refine candidate matching. This role is hands-on, involving rapid experimentation, model optimization, and a deep dive into vast proprietary datasets to drive high-quality candidate recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development:

• Train, test, and deploy advanced ranking models (LTR) utilizing proprietary data, including human-labeled and multimodal datasets

• Conduct rapid experimentation to enhance model accuracy and efficiency

Infrastructure and Process:

• Write reliable, scalable code suitable for high-volume recruitment processes

Algorithmic Bias Mitigation:

• Develop systems to measure and minimize algorithmic bias in candidate evaluations
• Perform experiments to improve model transparency and fairness
