About the Role
Join our Managed Services team working on permanent projects at the Microsoft campus in Redmond, WA. This is a full-time, on-site role from Monday to Friday. Biblioso provides healthcare and benefits while the vendor works on Microsoft campus. The compensation range for this position is $62,400 to $68,640, plus benefits. Please note that this role is exclusively for direct hires on W2 and is not open to C2C or any third-party arrangements.
Job Description
The ideal candidate should come with a minimum of 4 years of experience, along with basic PC/Networking skills. They should be a self-starter, a team player with a willingness to get hands dirty, and exhibit eagerness to level up. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of working in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
Lab/System Integration
- Vendor and logistics coordination for deployment
- Integrate support and coordination with primary lab sites for solution delivery
- Physical implementation of hardware within the SI environment
- Tracks/rails
- Servers
- Power Distribution Units (PDU’s)
- Network equipment (mostly switches)
- Basic cabling (BMC, KVM, Network)
- Possible sheet metal modifications/drilling
- System Administration & Support
- Imaging with MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
- Rack Managers (RM)
- Active Directory (AD), Security Groups (SGs)
- Lab Portal
- Carry out typical support activities to intake requests for issues and changes
- Coordinate SI efforts with other teams (Lab/Resolve/Infra)
Logistics
- Scan/Checkout Hardware
- Support will-call requests, where customers pick up equipment from the warehouse
- Scan inventory to capture serial and part information, reallocate server hardware in inventory database
- Azure DevOps (ADO) Tickets
- Action customer work-order tickets, which may include updating the ticket, coordinating with the customer to resolve an exception, inventory discovery, or hardware move
- System Integration and Hardware Health
- Verify system SKUs
- Confirm basic system health
- Perform hardware re-configurations
- Delivery Requests
- Create and/or facilitate delivery requests to order equipment from inventory
- Update internal systems (IMS and ADO) when actioning a delivery request
- Logistics Coordination
- Assist the Logistics Coordinators with odd tasks as needed

- Lifting servers and other various equipment
