Summary:

Seeking an Instrumentation Engineer to support a capital project at a greenfield site. This position focuses on designing and overseeing the systems that measure and control physical processes in a facility, such as temperature, pressure, flow, and more.

Project Duration is over 12 months up to 24 months. Per-diem, benefits, and a solid consultant pay rate will be offered.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the EPCM team to develop instrumentation designs per project and industry standards to review and approve instrumentation and control specifications.
• Develop and review engineering construction packages.
• Oversee instrumentation system installations, and manage interfaces for seamless system integration.
• Approve instrumentation for Class 1 – Div1, Class 1 – Div2, and General Purpose classifications.
• Maintain documentation of design changes, testing, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in instrumentation and control systems.

• Experience with large-scale capital projects.

• Familiarity with Class 1 – Div1 and Class 1 – Div2 area classifications
