• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
• Develop technical architecture documents, workflows, and data models.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of Dynamics CRM modules.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and guide development teams during implementation phases.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is nice to have
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills as this is a client facing role
