FREE K-12 Education Hiring Fair and Professional Development
Carney, Sandoe & Associates (CS&A) is an education recruitment organization that helps teachers and administrators find jobs in K-12 private, independent, and charter schools across the nation. We have placed over 33,000 teachers and administrators in schools since 1977. Our job search service is free for job seekers and no credential or certification is needed to teach in our participating schools.
CS&A is hosting its 11th Annual FORUM/DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) on January 31-February 1, 2025 in Philadelphia.
FORUM/DEIB serves as both a national hiring fair for job-seeking educators and a professional development symposium. The goal of FORUM/DEIB is to:
- Empower individuals from underrepresented groups and their allies to connect with meaningful career opportunities that match their job search criteria
- Provide comprehensive professional development focused on diverse equity and inclusion topics within educational environments
At FORUM/DEIB, you will:
- Accelerate your job search and engage with multiple schools early-on in the hiring season
- Participate in 30-minute prescheduled interviews with key decision-makers
- Explore a wide range of schools from across the U.S. and their available positions
- Attend tailored professional development sessions led by renowned DEIB experts from the independent school community.
Strong candidates usually have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with a student population either as a tutor, camp counselor or teaching assistant
- Interest in participating in extra-curricular programs on-campus
