About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter to support our growing team! This is a full-time role where you will be driving the talent agenda for assigned business unit(s) and ensure an “employee first” culture, high engagement levels and differentiated people outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

The scope of work shall include but is not limited to

• Responsible for handling employee relations
• Working closely with Business leaders to drive talent priorities, in line with org priorities
• Establishing deep people connect across levels, tracking trends w.r.t. employee pulse; accordingly designing
• & implementing regional level HR interventions to improve employee engagement levels and morale
• Contributing to development and implementation of org level HR initiatives
• Driving adherence to HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with all employment/ labor laws through proactive practices, investigations and actions, reducing legal risk for the organization
• Driving timely reporting and review of key people matrices with key stakeholders
