Our client is looking for a Cold Chain Logistics Driver to join their team. This position involves transporting and handling medical supplies, ensuring timely and secure deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, review the Cargo Receiving Log to ensure accurate tracking of shipments.
• Responsible for delivering and recovering shipments to and from the airport.
• Secure the vehicle while waiting to tender cargo at airline terminals or conducting client pickups.
• Check Airway Bills to verify accurate and correct information.
• Review all documentation, labeling, and markings associated with each shipment.
• Prepare Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments for timely delivery.
• Replenish dry ice or Gel packs for temperature-sensitive shipments to maintain chain of custody.
• Scan, package, and label inbound shipments before tendering them for their final destination (domestic or international).
• Keep the Vehicle Log up to date, documenting mileage and performing pre-loading inspections for TSA compliance.
• Perform other duties as required to assist the Operations Team with daily tasks.

General Requirements:

• Adhere to all company policies and guidelines at all times.
• Undertake additional reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Branch Manager.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional delivery driving experience.
• Clean driving record required.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail for documentation and shipment preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cold chain logistics and handling temperature-sensitive shipments is a plus.
