Snelling Staffing is looking for Skilled Operators to work at a Food Production Center.
This is a full time, weekly pay position:
JOB DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned. Operates all equipment related to whey processing, including (but not necessarily at the same time) evaporator, separators, pasteurizer, ultra-filtration, dryers, and all inner-related steps to ensure quality end product.
Also includes working knowledge of semi-skilled duties. Reviews gallon record accuracy of equipment processing systems. Reviews gallon record accuracy of equipment processing systems. Cleans equipment and surrounding area to maintain sanitary conditions. Performs additional job-related duties or responsibilities as requested or required by immediate supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed. The candidate for this position must possess a high school education equivalent and the ability to pass a position relevant examine Previous food plant experience and basic knowledge of maintenance work is desirable. Ability to be at work regularly and on time Analytical skills, as well as the ability to recognize cause and affect relationships, are a plus.
