Registered Nurse responsibilities may include:
n
n- Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
n- Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
n- Follow up to physician's orders
n- Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
n- Provide on-going training to staff
n- Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
n- Ensure survey readiness at all times
n- Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
n- Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
n- Perform additional tasks as needed.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n- Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
n- Able to critically think and problem solve
n- Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
n- Strong leadership skills.
n- Positive attitude.
n
