Locums to Permanent Orthopedic Surgeon Job in Michigan

Dates of Coverage:
April 2025 through July 2025 with opportunity to go perm
24 hour call coverage only, no clinic

Assignment Details :
Current Board Certification is required
Current Michigan license preferred
Trauma Fellowship highly preferred
Clean malpractice required
COVID vaccine required
Provider local to MI preferred
Level 1 trauma; 20 operating rooms; 3-4 surgical cases per day
Practice Types: Orthopedic Surgical Cases TRAUMA, Orthopedic Surgical Cases ADULT, Orthopedic Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, Orthopedic Surgical Cases GERIATRIC, Surgical and non surgical
Additional Procedures: All trauma presentations to include pelvis, acetabular, and supracondylar humerus fractures
EMR: EPIC
Option for locum tenens-to-permanent placement
Seeking 1 provider to cover 6 days/month (2-24 hour shifts, with call back hours + a 3rd, 8-hour day to cleanup from the 2 on call shifts)
