Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: On-Site – Richmond Hill, ON, M-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9-5pm
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond Hill, ON . This on-site role involves working at an OEM , selling network and security hardware directly to current clientele. The primary focus is on cross-selling, upselling existing clients , and prospecting warm leads to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Focus on cross-selling and upselling within the current client base to maximize revenue.
- Engage with warm leads to identify new prospects and expand market reach.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotations for network and security hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on OEM products , industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of inside sales experience in a B2B or technology sales environment.
- Strong understanding of network and security hardware solutions is preferred.
- Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell , and prospect leads effectively.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
