Reports To: Director of Sales - Canada

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity

You will be responsible for helping grow our retail business in Canada by supporting our Corporate Account Managers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work with the sales team to reduce overall sales cycle time and increase volume.
• Act as Retail Salesforce “Power User” and help coordinate retail needs with the Salesforce team.
• Work in conjunction with sales and external partners to onboard retail customers.
• Assist in completing customer vendor reviews.
• Execute item and supplier match ups for sales as well as new item set up.
• Proactively ensure pricing accuracy during customer/supplier transitions within retail segments.
• Navigate customer portals to ensure item data accuracy.
• Provide service level trend analysis for retail customers.
• Identify root causes and solutions to operations related customer deductions.
• Help lead process improvement to improve overall retail customer experience.
• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or general equivalency degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Superior follow up skills
• Self-starter mentality that is comfortable with ambiguity

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Canadian retail experience
• Bilingual (French)

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Travel – 2-3 nights per month. Must have the ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for customer/vendor calls, training or meetings.
