Ideally we are seeking individuals with 10+ years of retail experience preferably gained within a luxury environment.
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the core luxury consumer
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided and annual mystery shop goals are met;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Keep customers informed of current products, trends, and collections
- Communicate the key qualities and the characteristics of the brand to customers;
- Use product knowledge in different categories to maximize and drive sales
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Professional demeanor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 Years of Customer Care/Luxury Sales preferably in the Watch and Jewellery Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for working in a team to exceed sales targets and customers' expectations
- A strong desire to succeed being pro-active and a self-starter
- The ability to be flexible when required as per the needs of the business
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-profile environment;
- An inspiring individual who exemplifies clear communication skills and takes pride in delivering exemplary customer service;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
