Essential Skills: -Hand-on expertise in Non-Stop HP Tandem Operating system and other utilities i.e. FUP, ENFORM, PATHWAYs, SPOOLER, PERUSE, TMFCOM for Online trade processing backend system support and operations-COBOL code reading, TACL macros/codes creation & Enscribe database-Hands-on on Windows and UNIX remote servers along with FTPs, file monitoring/transfers, job/tasks configurations and log reading. Knowledge of IT Service Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow along with support tools like MQ Explorer, Control-M, Sharepoint

Desirable Skills: 1. Good Communication Skill.2. Good Proficiency in ITIL Framework ( Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc )
