A healthcare facility near Wilmington, NC, is hiring a Hospital Director Risk Management to lead and manage the organization s risk management program. Reporting directly to theCEO, the Hospital Director Risk Management will play a key role in safeguarding hospital assets by coordinating loss prevention initiatives and advising leadership on potential sources of risk, as well as recommending strategies to minimize or eliminate these risks. This role requires compliance with Joint Commission guidelines and other regulatory standards, ensuring the hospital s commitment to high standards of safety and risk control.

This is a salaried, exempt position with an annual competitive compensation range, depending on experience. The role generally follows a Monday to Friday schedule, but may occasionally require evening and weekend work based on organizational needs.
