Jackson James is thrilled to be working with an industry leading Microsoft Implementation Partner in its search for a D365 F&O Retail Consultant

This role is a hybrid role with 2 days a week required on-site in Hamilton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Dynamics 365 F&O and Commerce production and non-production environments
• Install and configure Dynamics 365 Commerce POS environments
• Support and configure POS payment devices
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Commerce Retail and POS configurations
• Managing, supporting and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 retail batch jobs
• Oversee the infrastructure management using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and the Power Platform Admin Portal.
• Implement and manage pipelines for Dynamics 365 Commerce projects (HQ, CRT, and Store Commerce app)
• Ensure deployment processes, branching strategy, environment planning is optimal and aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Develop and manage version control strategies using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Implement effective branching strategies to streamline development and production environments.
• Ensure systems meet security compliance standards
• Implement security measures and regularly review infrastructure for potential risks
